Updated: Jul 25

Did you know you could make gluten free gravy? Well after several attempts, taste testing, and lots of wasted product. I believe I have a WINNER!!
Not only could you not tell it was gluten free, but now the family requests this gravy!
Gluten Free Gravy.
Gather your ingredients.
1 Cup of chopped mushrooms
2 cups of diced white potato's (peels on, optional)
3 tablespoons of soy sauce
1/4 cup of diced white onion.
1/4 cup of thinly sliced celery.
3 garlic cloves.
2 tablespoons of grass-fed butter.
1 teaspoon of salt.
1 teaspoon of pepper.
1 tablespoon of tamari sauce.
3 cups of vegetable stock.
Instructions.
In a large saucepan heat your butter, garlic, tamari, salt, pepper, and soy sauce, until soft, and aromatic.
Chop up your onion, mushrooms, potatoes, and celery.
Add 3 cups of vegetable stock, bring to a simmer. Gently simmer on med-low until vegetables are soft.
Once the vegetables are soft, I use an immersion blender to make it smooth, and creamy. Although you may like the bites of vegetables in your gravy.
And it ready to serve!!
