Get to Know Me

Nurses make up the largest segment of the healthcare workforce. I have spent the last 15 years in the industry, dipping my toe in all aspects of nursing- floor nurse, acute nurse, leadership, ambulatory care, pysch, committees.....and no matter what area I found myself in- I found myself questioning myself. "Is this what I want?" "Are we giving too much of ourselves, so much that we don't have much left for our patients?". I left daily feeling drained, and asking myself "Did you make a difference today?".

The answer is YES! 

My knowledge and experience in the field has taught my how to use mindfulness, in a manner, to fulfill your needs, along with your patients, and FAMILES.
