1 banana ( I prefer a ripe one)
2 tbsp of quick oats
Mash together in a bowl. Spray your frying pan. Place mashed mixture into heated frying pan. There’s enough to make two average sized pancakes. Cook 2-3 minutes on each side, or to the liking of your color, and texture. I prefer mime on the lighter side. Serve. I typically save two slices of banana‘s to place on top. These are so delicious, there’s no need for syrup, nor butter.
Not only will these hold you over all morning, but you may even struggle with finishing them.
