I have had the pleasure of being a Registered Nurse since 2005.
I work FT, as a Qality Assurance Nurse Specialist.
During my time as a Registered Nurse, I have walked many paths.
*Medical surgical, post operative cardio-thoracic, adolescent, and adult psych, Neuroscience, stroke, quality control, Leadership, and primary care medicine.
Every rock I climbed lead me back to the same thing- MINDFUL living.
A lifestyle that start's with well care.
I am an energetic, observant, creative, honest, compassionate, introvert.

I spend my free time reading, cooking, listening to music, talking to my plants, and developing my ability to share my joys with others.
